Not every project goes exactly as planned. Timelines slip. First cover concepts miss the mark. Editorial feedback lands harder than an author expected. We have had projects where something went wrong.

When that happens, we address it directly. We do not remove negative reviews. We do not ask authors to change their feedback. We respond to criticism on public review platforms and we use it to improve how we work.
